The language of the industry is introduced through reading and listening. It is followed by extensive vocabulary activities and techniques to learn and revise it to keep it in the long-term memory.

Communication (speaking and listening) is the main focus. You improve your practical skills in dealing with reservations and complaints, making offers and presentations, greeting visitors, and many more. These are practised in a face-to-face context, on the phone and by e-mail, and all are a test for your knowledge of previously covered vocabulary.

On completing the course, you will have a new level of confidence when it comes to conversing with hotel guests in English. No more drama when it comes to answering the phone and making a reservation, and no more worries about making presentations in English.
